• Free Shipping on all orders.
  
• Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours (Monday – Friday)
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
• Delivery usually takes 4–5 business days, depending on the customer’s location.

Return & Exchange Policy

At THE DD™, customer satisfaction is important to us.

• We accept exchanges within 3 days of delivery for size issues or damaged products.
• Items must be unused, in original condition, with packaging and tags attached.
• Images of the product are required to process exchange requests.
• Exchange or return requests after 3 days will not be accepted.
• Refunds are only issued if the product received is damaged.

Once we receive the returned product, it will be inspected and the replacement shipment will be processed accordingly.

Washing

Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent & similar colors.

Bleaching

Employ non-chlorine bleach solely when it is essential.

Drying

Tumble dry low, or hang-dry in shade for the longest life, don’t dry clean.

Ironing

Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron on decoration.
